After a stint in prison, disgraced photographer RJ Decker returns to South Florida to reinvent himself as a private investigator. His first case pulls him into the eccentric and corrupt world of professional bass fishing, where he must navigate local conspiracies with the help of his journalist ex-wife and a mysterious Everglades hermit.
